Willow Pool Parties
Rules and Regulations

Scheduling     Cost     Rules

Willow Pool offers its members the benefit of reserving two pool areas (front deck and back deck) for parties lasting up to 3 hours. Members can also reserve a gas grill for $5.00 fee to cover the propane cost or a charcoal grill for no fee (member to supply fuel). The cost for parties is $5.00 for every non-Willow Pool member regardless of whether or not the attendees swim. There is no cost for children under the age of 2 years. Parties are scheduled during regular pool hours. Payment is due at end of party -- cash or check to Willow Pool.

We also offer private parties when the pool is not open for members. In addition to the regular party costs, the host is responsible for lifeguard costs (2 lifeguards minimum) paid directly to the lifeguards as well as guests costs and/or grill usage costs paid to Willow Pool.
